You are contracting with Corridor LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 2840 Bolingbroke Dr, Troy, MI 48084. Write to max@corridor.video or call (248) 765-5601.

These terms apply when you create an account, send a listing, pay an invoice, or start a plan. If you are accepting on behalf of a brokerage, you are confirming you may bind it.

What you are buying

A short marketing video for one commercial real estate listing, made from photographs you supply.

A person last-looks every cut. We produce it with motion tools from those stills. The film can pick up small artifacts: warped edges, invented traffic or people, garbled signs. We do not invent a different building, rooms, tenants, finishes or views that are not in the photos you sent, and we do not use your photos to train anything. If a cut invents the space, we recut or we refund.

One listing means one property, cut from one set of photos. A new set of photos for the same address is a new listing.

The hour-class target starts when the listing is unlocked (a walk is paid, or a Pro or Max credit) and a complete folder is with us, not when you create an account. It is a target we hit in the ordinary course, not a guarantee, and it is not a deadline you should build a marketing date around without telling us first.

What you get back

A finished video file and a link to it. There is no watermark and you do not have to credit us.

We do not promise a lease, a buyer, a showing, a higher rent, or any other result. What you are buying is the video.

Price and payment

Exterior is $89. Interior is $129. Full is $199. We charge that walk when you send the listing. Refund if the cut is wrong. The listing is held until the walk is paid or a Pro or Max credit is used. Then we start. Refunds are done by hand, not automatically.

Pro is $499 a month for three listings. An unused listing rolls over one month and no further, and you can never carry more than three. A fourth listing in the same month is $180. One finished video and one recut per listing.

Max is $1,199 a month for eight listings. An unused listing rolls over one month and no further, and you can never carry more than eight. A ninth listing in the same month is $165. One finished video and one recut per listing.

Cancel a plan any time. It runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. Unused listings do not convert to money back.

You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge for a walk, for a plan you have started, and for extra listings on that plan. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Prices may exclude sales tax where we are required to collect it.

A failed charge does not hold your video. We send the work and then chase the payment, because withholding a finished deliverable over a card problem is a worse outcome for both of us than an email about it. Repeated non-payment can pause new work.

If you dispute a charge, write to us first. We would rather fix it than argue with a bank about it.

The photos you send

This is the part that matters most, so it is the part written most plainly.

Whoever took a photograph owns it unless they signed that ownership away. Paying a photographer for a shoot normally buys you a licence to use the images, not the copyright in them. A video cut from photographs is a new work made out of those photographs, and only the copyright holder can permit that.

So, for every photo, floor plan, logo, or other file you send, you confirm that:

• you own it, or you hold a licence that allows a video to be made from it;
• that permission covers editing, cropping, colour, motion and public marketing use for this listing;
• anyone identifiable in it may lawfully be shown; and
• using it does not breach anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or contract.

You give us the licence we need to do the work: to store your files, cut, edit, colour, crop, animate and assemble them into the video, and to keep the originals while the job is open.

If you are not certain, ask the photographer before you send the folder. Most will agree for a credit. We would rather lose a job than build one on work we are not allowed to use, and we may decline a folder whose rights look unclear.

If someone credibly tells us we had no right to use a photo, we will take the video down while it is sorted out, and we will tell you as soon as we hear. You cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from files you sent us or from a breach of this section.

Who owns the finished video

You keep every right you already had in your own photos. We claim nothing in them.

We own the edit itself: the cut, the timing, the grade, the treatments and the tools behind them.

Once the fee for a listing is paid, you have a perpetual, worldwide licence to use that video to market that listing, anywhere you like. Listing sites, social, email, decks, a screen in a lobby.

What that licence does not cover is reselling the video as stock footage, or presenting our craft as the output of your own production studio in a way that misleads.

Showing your video as our work

Off unless you turn it on. When you send a listing there is an optional box that lets us show the finished video as a work sample, on our site, in a deck, or in a sales conversation. It is separate from the photo rights confirmation, it defaults to unticked, and leaving it unticked costs you nothing.

If you tick it and later change your mind, email us. We will stop using it and take it off our site within a reasonable time. We cannot pull back copies other people have already saved or reposted.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you lose the password, we can email you a reset link so you can pick a new one.

If you tick that box, we may email you when Corridor ships something new. Stop any time by writing max@corridor.video. We do not sell your email.

Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or files you do not have the rights to. We can suspend or close an account for that, for abuse, or for persistent non-payment.

We keep your listings and photos so your account is useful to you. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer and limits

The service and the videos are provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not give implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where Michigan law does not permit that.

We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing on this site or in a video is legal, financial, tax, appraisal or brokerage advice. Any square footage, zoning, price, availability or other detail that appears in a video came from you, and confirming it is on you before it goes to a client.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at what you paid us for the listing, or for the plan month, that the claim is about. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a lost deal, lease or commission. Where a jurisdiction does not allow that limit, our liability is limited to the least the law allows.

Changes, and ending it

We can update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Changes apply going forward. If you are on a paid plan and a change is material, we will email you.

Either of us can stop. Licences already granted for delivered and paid work survive, as do the photo rights, indemnity, disclaimer and liability sections.

Law

Michigan law governs these terms. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts in Oakland County, Michigan, and you agree to be sued and to sue there.

Before filing anything, email max@corridor.video and give us 15 days to fix it. Most things are a misunderstanding about a video.

If one part of this page is unenforceable, the rest still stands. You cannot assign these terms without our consent. We can assign them to whoever buys the business. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
